Volunteering in Peru
Peru is a developing country where many still live in extreme poverty. Many families do not have the basic services such as running water and electricity. Fortunately, things are changing for the better as a result of a growing economy; and also the efforts of many charities and volunteering organisations.
Great volunteering Organisations
The list below is of some voluntary organisations in Peru that presently have volunteering opportunities in Trujillo or Huanchaco. Our belief is that volunteering should be non-profit. Therefore we do not ask for any registration fee for a volunteer placement. These charitable organisations can all be contacted directly without an need to pay expensive agency fees.
